Parc Tecnològic Barcelona Activa’s building environmental analysis

Societat Orgànica collaborates in the study of the potential for reducing the environmental impacts of the Parc Tecnòlogic Barcelona Activa building. For this reason, we carry out a building environmental analysis in its current state and we establish improvement measures in energy efficiency and, also in generated mobility. The objectives of this previous study are guarantee the environmental, technical and economic viability of building rehabilitation. It is important to consider an aspect like the building bio-habitability, that is to say, through this study, it is analysed and recognised if the work space favours the life quality of its workers.
