In general, environmental assesment for the determination of criteria of greater sustainability for housing projects of public promotion and, in particular, environmental optimisation of a project of a multi-family building of public promotion in Vilafranca de Bonany (authors: A. Figueras, C. Rodríguez and A. Tailor)

Technical-environmental advice dedicated to the IVABI technical team for the incorporation of criteria and recommendations on reducing energy, water and materials consumption, as well as reducing waste generation and CO2 emissions in the life cycle of buildings. These criteria were determined from the experience in architecture projects in the area and also from the study and determination of improvement options in the development of the basic and executive project of the multi-family building of Vilafranca de Bonany, mainly in the phases of production of materials, transportation and use of the building.
