Fabián López participates in the lecture: “Spain’s tallest collective property wooden building”
Next Friday, 23th March at 12:30 in Institut Català del Sòl (INCASÒL) headquarters Fabián López, partner at Societat Orgànica, will participate in the lecture: Innovative project: “The tallest collective property wooden building” as a part of the program ‘Sharing Innovation Circles’ (“Compartim cercles d’innovació”), an meeting aimed for INCASÒL members.
In the presentation, Fabián López, along with La Borda cooperative members, will explain how the housing cooperative in cession of use works. This project, created by La Col cooperative of architects is a 6-floor building with wooden structure, the tallest in Spain. La Borda housing promotion represents a new architectural and cooperative paradigm because it promotes the model of cession of use, that is, a kind of housing where the property is collective, as a cooperative, where the inhabitants have the condition of partners.
